Sin dal suo primo romanzo la scrittrice francese Amélie Nothomb (Kobe, Giappone 13 agosto 1967) ha imposto uno stile: sguardo incisivo, spesso impietoso e crudele, umorismo fulmineo, storie originali che ruotano intorno a sentimenti eterni.
